- Protein treatment -- Still slacking on this
- Keep up with water intake -- I've had my good days and bad days when it comes to my water intake
- Try at least one new style so that my hair isn't down and free most of the time -- I've been wearing puffs when my hair isn't "down and out", but there's nothing new about that style
